UNBLOCK
In my process the “unblock” part means to become aware of and to heal what is holding us back from fully living the life we want to live. This is where we process and heal old patterns, programs, grief and trauma. We work with your inner child, your emotional and energetic body as well as your subconscious to ReClaim long lost parts of you. Often times we are not aware of the fragmentation that has taken place during our lifetime – but reclaiming the fullness of our being is, according to me, detrimental to live a fulfilling life.
This is where we roll up our sleeves, dig in, get dirty and welcome it ALL. It’s a fundamental part of our ReClamation and the key to everything else that is to come.

UNLOCK
This is where we meet all of ourselves. We’re shifting focus into who you are, how you operate and what results you are creating in your life today - and why. This means we are meeting the more adult aspects of ourselves. We are also meeting our shadow, our darkness and that which we’re ashamed of (yes we all carry shame to some extent). This part of the process is liberating beyond words. What comes through from this part of the process truly is life-changing. You are going to feel it all and you will leave feeling so god damn empowered knowing how and why you are creating the results you are currently creating.

We have arrived to a delicious part of the journey. This is the part of our transformation that we all long for and that many humans attempt to jump straight into.
