Facilitated by Hanne-Lina
Coach, Embodiment Teacher & Mother.
Hanne-Lina has spent the last decade supporting women who are productive and outwardly successful, yet feel disconnected from pleasure, aliveness, and inner ease.
Her work is grounded in the understanding that health is not only emotional or mental, but deeply embodied and relational. Through a steady focus on aliveness and self-leadership, she supports women in reconnecting to themselves, their lives, their relationships, and the choices they make each day.
The Garden of Aliveness is shaped by lived experience, having guided hundreds of women through meaningful change, and knowing that the path can feel lonely at times. The space is held with clarity, care, and a deep respect for women’s capacity to lead themselves from within.
